Turning the Pages: Online gallery of digitised documents available from University of Southampton Library

The University Library offers on-line access to some of its rarer materials.  This  opens up the traditional collections to a wider audience who may not always have the opportunity to access the physical material.

Visitors to the Hartley Library Level 4, may view selected materials via a touch-screen console.

The Library Digitisation Unit specialises in the digital capture of images and text from bound and unbound materials in a conservation environment and has created all of the images in the online gallery.
